Simply put, we micro-manage the planning and execution of events contracted to us by our clients, from simple public appearances to major concerts. We handle every aspect of the event including staffing, transportation, talent booking, catering, ticket sales and accounting. Usually the client puts up an initial deposit to cover expenses based on our estimates for the event. 

We usually bill the client directly for all expenses plus our fee for organizing the event. In some cases in lieu of payment we agree to a percentage of the ticket sales as compensation for our services. This is rarely ever done and we usually only do it in cases where we are absolutely confident about our attendance numbers.

Logistics

Our largest event to date involved the coordination of over 500 staff members, 50 artists, 4 venues in 2 cities simultaneously. 

Arena Capability

Our largest venue has held 22,500 attendees for a 5hr concert event. This was held at the Ice Palace Arena in Tampa Bay, Florida in the summer of 1998. At the clients request larger arenas can also be arranged for even larger events. We have the logistic and personnel capability to comfortably handle arenas up to 45,000 attendees. 

Financial Capability

With our new financial backing we can finance projects of up to $500,000 on our personal expense account with no problems.
