Chief
Operating Officer
Mohammed Yusuf III
-
At 23 and a senior majoring in Aviation Business Management at Embry-Riddle,
Mohammed is one half of the creative team that came up with the concept for
Harlequin Entertainment. In the fall of 97, coming across an open call by the
city of Daytona Beach for event staffing and management companies to apply for
Spring break '98 they decided to form a company that not only meets but exceeds
the requirements of the city's rider. The original company was called Sirens
Entertainment Inc and it went on to have a very profitable year and became a
force to reckon with in the event planning and staffing industry in Florida.
Seeking new funding and management, the company went through a series of mergers
and acquisitions from which has emerged the company now known as Harlequin
Entertainment. In addition to event planning we have added to our capabilities
talent recruitment and management. At present Mohammed runs the day to day
activities of the company in his father's absence. He graduates from
Embry-Riddle in the fall of 2001 after which he intends to devote his full
attention to running the company and expanding it's reach.
